Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products we have specific guidelines for returns. To guarantee that every customer receives a 100% pristine, sand-free, and hygienic sanctuary for their family, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty, Defective, or Misrepresented Items
We accept returns for items that are:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from their description on our website
If you receive an item that falls into any of these categories, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue or how it differs from the description
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund for any verified claims.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will happily replace or refund any faulty items as required by Australian Consumer Law. All sales are final unless the item is faulty, defective, or does not match its description. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days and returned to your original payment method. Processing time by your financial institution or method of payment may incur additional wait times in receiving approved refunds.
